Data Licensing
The terms under which a dataset can be used, resold, or redistributed -- defined per product, not assumed.
Data licensing spells out what a buyer is allowed to do with a dataset: use it internally, use it in client deliverables, redistribute the raw file, or none of the above. Unlike software licensing, data licensing terms vary a lot from one dataset to the next, so it's stated explicitly on every product page rather than relying on a single blanket policy.
Example
DatasetsBuilder.com templates ship under a "standard personal/commercial license": you can use the structure and resulting data in your own work or client deliverables, but you can't resell the raw template file itself.
